Background: Grant Horvat and the Bryan Bros have been building toward this for years. When Your Golf Tour launched in early 2026, it was the most structured YouTube golf competition ever attempted. Then LIV Golf lost its Saudi funding and wobbled. Suddenly YGT wasn't just a content play it was the most interesting alternative tour in golf.
What happened: A full 16-man roster confirmed. Four teams, four captains; Horvat, Wesley Bryan, George Bryan, and Brad Dalke. The rest of the field includes Garrett Clark, Peter Finch, Ryan Ruffels, Luke Kwon, Micah Morris and more. Four events. Pursell Farms, Teeth of the Dog, Cutalong in Virginia, then a $1 million stroke-play finale at Wynn Las Vegas.
What else: The format is smart. Scramble round one, alternate shot round two with a secret wildcard insertion, then 1v1 singles for the finale. Prize money hits $250k for first place at each regular season stop. Skill first, personality second. This isn't a fun day out, it's a proper tour.
What's the key learning?
Wesley Bryan is banned from the PGA Tour for playing a LIV creator event. YGT just gave him a competitive home that doesn't need anyone's permission. That storyline alone is worth following all season.
Brad Dalke has won the Internet Invitational, won the Creator Classic, played in the Masters and US Open, and is returning to the PGA Tour in July. He is the most dangerous player in this field and the least talked about.
